Redefining offshore efficiency through system - level energy optimization

Offshore operations have traditionally prioritized reliable and continuous production, with less emphasis overall on energy efficiency. That is now changing. For FPSOs in particular, the focus is now on generating power and heat more efficiently while reducing losses. This value challenge applies across our Power, Offshore & Cruise business and underpins our focus on combining system-level engineering, waste heat recovery and advanced boiler technologies to improve total plant efficiency while safeguarding uptime. In offshore as in other applications, our role is increasingly not simply to supply the hardware but to design, integrate and optimize the thermal system itself - often years before a project reaches final investment decision.
